Violations found here under, VIOLATION NOTICE WARNINGS below, serve as a courtesy notice prior to action being taken. The BOD would rather bring it to your attention here with the hope for self correction instead of automatically stepping in heavy handed. If any violation applies to you, please govern yourself accordingly.

Dog Walking. All dogs must be on leash and NOT ALLOWED to enter your neighbor’s yard! You must pick up poop!
Lawn Maintenance. Grass growing season is here. We will be rolling out the process of notifying owners of tall grass violations. A courtesy notification will be emailed/letter mailed providing 4-5 days for correction. Violators who do not correct should expect Fairburn Code Enforcement Notifications which carry fees for non-compliance.
Noise Ordinance. We have been getting noise complaints in Phase 1. Please monitor yourselves and your guests.
Parking. Vehicles cannot park on the street for more than 2 hours. Each Owner, Lessee, Licensee or Occupant shall park his or her automobile, truck, boat, trailer, or any other motorized vehicle only on his or her driveway, parking area, or within his or her garage. Sec. 5.08(b) Parking on the street is prohibited. Each owner, Lessee, Licensee or Occupant, or the invitees and guests or same, shall not park any automobile, truck, boat, motor home, trailer, motorized vehicle, or any other personal property on any street or roadway within FAIRHAVEN SUBDIVISION Sec. 5.08(c) Parking Restrictions. Parking of any vehicle on streets or thoroughfares, paved or unpaved, within the properties overnight or for any continuous period exceeding two hours…. construction services and delivery vehicles shall be exempt from this provision during daylight hours for such period of time as is reasonably necessary to provide service or to make a delivery to a lot or common areas. Sec 2(a) .
